As the daughter of direct mail pioneer, Sanky Perlowin, Carla often says fundraising is in her DNA. Carla's career spans more than two decades, including leadership roles on the agency side and the client side at Covenant House and Comic Relief US. Carla has developed and executed marketing and communications strategies across traditional and digital platforms to drive donor acquisition and fundraising initiatives for organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, No Kid Hungry, Smithsonian Institute, PetSmart Charities, NAACP LDF, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Habitat for Humanity, and Freedom from Hunger. Carla is a frequent speaker in the industry, at the Bridge Conference, DMFA, and the AFP International Conference.
Sabrina’s fundraising career began more than 20 years ago, advancing and expanding fundraising programs at various performing arts organizations. Prior to joining Eidolon, Sabrina was at Mal Warwick Donordigital for a dozen years, where she focused on her true passion — direct response — and has helped local, national and international programs blossom and grow. An avid reader, writer and hiker, Sabrina can often be found at the theatre, a concert, or flexing her creative muscles in an art class. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and an M.A. in arts administration from the University of Cincinnati, College-Conservatory of Music.
Rachel started her career in direct mail fundraising over fifteen years ago at Planned Parenthood. She earned an MPH at University of Texas School of Public Health in 2012 and has extensive experience in project management. In her spare time, Rachel is an urban farmer in Detroit, where she grows food, flowers and medicinal herbs.
Erin has over 15 years of experience working for nonprofits. It started out as an internship in college for the Downtown Bozeman Partnership and it has led her to many places including East Africa, Seattle, and Boise Idaho. Prior to joining Eidolon, Erin worked for Boise State University as a Database Specialist and as a fundraiser for the Boise State Alumni Association. She has a B.S. in Health and Human Development from Montana State University. In her free time, she enjoys camping, home renovation projects and traveling.
Christine started her career in the direct mail industry over 17 years ago. Prior to joining Eidolon, she worked at Data-Mail, Inc, working on complex, large volume mailings in a production setting. Christine is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to the fundraising side of direct mail. She has a B.A. in Communication from Fairfield University and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and playing with her dogs.
Bringing a wealth of experience in direct response fundraising from previous roles at organizations in the conservation and animal welfare spaces, Matt is excited leverage his project management expertise and detail-oriented approach to quality assurance to help a variety of organizations create impact. Matt lives in New York with his husband and their ever-growing four-legged family, and enjoys spending time surrounded by nature, finding new trails to explore and taking terrible pictures of lizards along the way.
Liz brings a wealth of experience in digital direct response account and project management to Eidolon. She has a proven track record of boosting fundraising efforts for numerous nonprofit clients, often surpassing their goals and consistently growing their programs. Liz is known for her exceptional attention to detail, her ability to drive seamless project execution, and her commitment to quality assurance.

Kendra brings more than a decade of experience in the production and direct mail arenas to Eidolon. Over the years, she has thrived on managing highly complex mailings for causes she feels passionately about. Prior to joining our team, Kendra worked alongside some of the industry’s leading printers, mail shops and other vendors. In her spare time, you can find her sampling the latest foodie trends or hiking the many beautiful trails the Northern Virginia area has to offer.
With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Annie has built a dynamic career spanning arts management, data analysis, and nonprofit strategy. She joined Eidolon in 2012, where she has grown from an account coordinator to her current role as part of the reporting & analytics team. Throughout her tenure, Annie has developed a deep expertise in transforming data into actionable insights, helping organizations maximize their impact. Annie holds a Master of Arts Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Music degree from James Madison University. Outside of work, she resides in Richmond, Va with her husband, two daughters, and two cats. In her free time, Annie enjoys gardening, yoga, and supporting local businesses, particularly craft breweries and the occasional tattoo studio.
